AGM November 28
Westie Underground will be holding an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 28 from 8-10pm. The meeting will be held over Zoom. Our AGM is fully open to public attendance, so if you’re curious about some of the internals of Westie Underground or to see what types of plans we might have for the future, this is a good way to find that out.
More than that though, the AGM is your opportunity to step up and get involved in helping Westie Underground shape our corner of the dance community. Each AGM, all executive positions are vacated and put up for election. This means anyone can be nominated for any role within the organization.
The following roles will be elected at this upcoming AGM:
- Finance/treasurer
- Communications/marketing/social media
- Artistic coordinator
- Teacher training and development
- Class coordinator
- Social dance coordinator
- Secretary
- Directors
